Our Practitioners
Brande Pharris, FNP-C
Brande has been with Primary Healthcare Group for four years and has spent her life in Macon County. She is married to Kevin, and they have two children, Kallie and Lukas. Brande graduated from Tennessee Technological University and is board-certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Brande has 25 years experience in disease management, community health, urgent care, and health prevention. She is passionate about building lifelong relationships with her patients. She provides patient-centered care, encourages her patients to take an active role in their healthcare, and is also DOT-certified.

Sydney Russell, FNP-C
Sydney Russell, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing care to individuals across the lifespan. With a strong commitment to patient education and health promotion, she emphasizes preventive care, chronic disease management, and the treatment of acute illnesses. Sydney believes in the importance of building strong relationships with patients and their families, ensuring that each individual feels heard and supported. A resident of Macon County, she is married and has two daughters.
Dr. Patterson, a family medicine physician, earned her medical degree from the American University of Antigua and completed her residency at Meharry Medical College. She is a member of esteemed organizations, including the AAFP, AMWA, and AAP.
Specializing in comprehensive, patient-centered care, Dr. Patterson is trained to diagnose, treat, and manage a wide range of conditions. She values long-term patient relationships, ensuring personalized care tailored to individual health needs.
